All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platforms are the property of RedOystor Media (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. Clients retain ownership of their content but grant us a non-exclusive right to use, store, and process it for service delivery purposes.

Our services may integrate with or include third-party services or platforms. We are not responsible for the actions, terms, or policies of third-party providers. Use of such services is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedOystor DX will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including data loss, service interruptions, or financial loss.
