1. General Conduct

You agree to use RedOystor DX services in a lawful, responsible, and ethical manner. You may not use our services for any activity that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to others

• Infringes on the intellectual property rights or privacy of others

• Compromises the security or performance of our systems or networks

a. Unlawful Use

• Hosting or distributing content that is illegal under South African or applicable international law, including but not limited to:

  • Child pornography

  • Hate speech or incitement to violence

  • Unauthorised copyrighted content

  • Unlawful gambling or pyramid schemes

b. Security Violations

• Unauthorised access to or use of data, systems, or networks

• Interfering with service to any user, host, or network (e.g., DoS attacks)

• Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without authorisation

c. Spam and Unsolicited Messaging

• Sending unsolicited bulk messages, marketing emails, or spam

• Operating email lists without proper opt-in mechanisms and unsubscribe options

• Use of open mail relays or false headers

d. Malware and Hacking

• Distributing viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, or any malicious code

• Hosting or linking to software that facilitates hacking or circumvention of security
